Ultimate Homeschool Radio Network {a Review}

 

Like most homeschool moms, there are days that I want to throw in the towel. My school room is a mess, our curriculum is disorganized, there's housework to be done and for some reason my toddlers keep taking their pants off. While not everyday is this hectic or frazzled, days like that do occur regularly. Being a homeschool mom is hard, I'll admit it. I need daily encouragement and grace.

 

The Ultimate Homeschool Radio Network offers just that.

Mommy Jammies is a once a month show that focuses on encouraging me as a mom. I've learned tips and techniques on how to find time to focus on the Lord, ways to show my children I love them and even some self-discipline and organizational techniques! With each live show, there is a chat box where you can interact with other moms listening. Over time you really get to know each other and build relationships- it's great!

 

 

Making Biblical Family Life Practical is a weekly show that airs Mondays at 9 o'clock EST; it's co-hosted by husband and wife, Hal and Melanie Young. They teach practical ways to implement scriptural principles into everyday life. I love the way Hal and Melanie complement each other (they are hilarious). They offer advice on dealing with those who don't agree with homeschooling or Christian values, along with some great marital tidbits!

 

 

Family Renewal, hosted by Israel Wayne is a monthly show that presents issues about family and education with a Christian worldview. Israel is a homeschool dad of seven. His passion and determination is evident through his broadcasts. He has also authored several books and travels the nation speaking and teaching. Israel has a great deal to offer the family and nation.
